Whole-home standby power for Davidson — designed, installed, and serviced by JCT Electric’s own factory-trained team, never a subcontractor. We’re minutes away across Lake Norman and ready before the next outage.
Davidson’s tree-lined streets and historic character are part of its charm — but mature trees and overhead lines also mean storms can take the power out fast. JCT Electric is based just across Lake Norman in Denver, so we’re one of the closest Generac dealers to River Run, The Farm, St. Albans, and the neighborhoods around Davidson College and downtown Main Street.
Davidson is served by Duke Energy, where summer thunderstorms, winter ice, and the remnants of tropical systems all test the grid each year. A Generac whole-home standby generator senses the outage and restores power automatically within seconds — protecting your HVAC, refrigerator, sump pumps, home office, and security system whether you’re home or away.
As a Generac PowerPro Prestige Dealer with more than 15 years of experience, we size, permit, install, and service every system with our own licensed crew. No subcontractors, ever — the team that quotes your project is the team that maintains it for years to come.
From the College district to River Run, a Generac standby generator keeps your Davidson home running the moment the grid goes down.
We handle every step of your Davidson installation — load calculation, Generac sizing, Mecklenburg County permitting, fuel hookup, and the electrical tie-in — with our own licensed electricians. Most whole-home systems go in during a single visit, with careful attention to Davidson’s historic and HOA-sensitive properties.
A standby generator is only valuable if it starts when you need it. Our factory-authorized technicians keep Davidson systems tested, tuned, and warranty-compliant, with priority and emergency support for maintenance-plan customers.
We serve all of Davidson (28036) and the surrounding communities — from River Run, The Farm, and St. Albans to the downtown Main Street district and the Davidson College area — plus neighboring Cornelius, Huntersville, and Mooresville, and across the lake to our home base in Denver.
